No summer would be complete without attending our annual Hometown 4th of July Parade and Celebration in the Historic Downtown Glen Rose Square. Local businesses decorate festive floats as parade watchers line the streets of Downtown Glen Rose and pass in front of our Historic Somervell County Courthouse. As the parade concludes, guests can enjoy playing some free family friendly games throughout the Square. Later that evening, head out to Wheeler Branch Park where the celebration continues with our annual 4th of July Firework Show.
